This 1,075 sqft ADU packs a ton of features for its size! Our clients wanted a rental on the first floor. Which came with a 1 bed, 1 bath with a private patio. The second floor had multiple uses in mind. It could be a guest house, children’s play area, work out room with balcony, or an office. We also built a custom our door kitchen with all the features to entertain all year round. We finished the area off with large deck, turf and fencing to complete the outdoor area.
